Serves:10 ladoos
Ingredients Required
- Left over chapatis/freshly made chapatis 5 or 6
- Ghee 2 tbsps
- Sugar 2tbsps or to taste
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Preparation
- Using your fingers make chapatis to small pieces.
- Take a blender add chapati pieces,sugar,ghee,cardamom powder.
- Blend them together so that they are coursely ground.
- You will get powdered texture.
- Make balls out of it.
Note:These can be stored for upto a week.
