CHOCOLATE POTS DE CREME

Serves : 2
Ingredients required
  •  All purpose flour 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Heavy cream 1/2 cup
  • Egg white 1
  • Dark chocolate 1 1/2 cups
  • Butter 1/4 stick
Preparation
  • Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave safebowl for a minute and give it a quick stir .
  • Now the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Set it aside and let it come down to the room temparature.
  • Whisk together flour,sugar,egg whites.
  • Add chocolate to this and make sure it is well blended.
  • Now, spoon the mixture into ramekins or oven proof bowls.
Baking
  • Boil 2 cups of water till warm and pour into a baking tray.
  • Place the ramekins in the tray and bake for about 15 min on 350 in a preheated oven.
  • Remove them immediately.
Toppings
  • when they are at room temperature or warm add a dollop of whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Note: This is soft outside and gooey inside when baked for 15 min(actual recipe calls for)
           If u would like to have a sponge cake bake for 15-20 minutes without placing the
           ramekins in the baking tray with water.
