Ingredients required
- All purpose flour 1 tsp
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Heavy cream 1/2 cup
- Egg white 1
- Dark chocolate 1 1/2 cups
- Butter 1/4 stick
- Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave safebowl for a minute and give it a quick stir .
- Now the chocolate is completely melted.
- Set it aside and let it come down to the room temparature.
- Whisk together flour,sugar,egg whites.
- Add chocolate to this and make sure it is well blended.
- Now, spoon the mixture into ramekins or oven proof bowls.
- Boil 2 cups of water till warm and pour into a baking tray.
- Place the ramekins in the tray and bake for about 15 min on 350 in a preheated oven.
- Remove them immediately.
- when they are at room temperature or warm add a dollop of whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
If u would like to have a sponge cake bake for 15-20 minutes without placing the
ramekins in the baking tray with water.
